A booking with NBA Safaris is completed in three easy steps:

1. Select the Safari of your choice or build your own Safari.

You can select one of our existing Safaris or tell us which teams you would like to see in what period and we will build a custom Safari just for you.

2. Send us your request for a price quote and receive one within a few days.

All we need to give you an accurate price quote is a few preferences like the hotel class, type of rental car and average seat level at the NBA-games. Fill in these preferences, add extra preferences if you like and send us your request.
Immediately upon sending your request you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Within a few days you will receive a reply from our staff with additional questions or a price quote for your Safari. 

3. Make your booking by replying to our price quote

When you decide to book your vacation with NBA Safaris, please send us a reply confirming your booking. The price quote will contain instructions for how to make your down payment of 25% of the price of your Safari excluding the price of the game tickets, which need to be paid in full with your booking. As soon as your down payment has been transferred, we will send you a confirmation of your booking and the game tickets by e-mail.
Ultimately six weeks prior to your departure date, the full 100% of the total price will need to be transferred to our account. Once the total amount has been fulfilled, you will receive all your travel documents by e-mail.
